A fully productive tropical fruit estate, complete with private residence, guaranteed water supply and equipment included
In the heart of the Axarquía, the Málaga region recognised as Europe's leading destination for tropical fruit growing, stands this spectacular 23600 m² estate. A rare opportunity for those seeking more than just a property: the chance to acquire a way of life and an established agricultural business, with its own production, proven profitability, and a stunning rural setting at the foot of the Málaga mountains.
This is not simply land with a house. It is a living, fully operational estate that generates income from day one.
— Productive land: close to 20,000 m² of irrigated tropical crops, complemented by 2,700 m² of rain-fed olive groves.
— Premium varieties: high commercial-value mango varieties — Kent, Irwin and Tommy Atkins — alongside avocados, figs, apples, walnuts and bananas.
— Guaranteed water supply: continuous supply from two private reservoirs, including a large cylindrical tank spanning 153 m² with a capacity of 1,000,000 litres.
— Harvest season: hand-picked harvest from late August to mid-November, peaking in September.
— 182 m² single-family home: ground floor open-plan and fully finished, ready to become a living or social area; upper floor entirely open, a true blank canvas to design to your own taste.
— Agricultural outbuildings: two farm storage buildings of 135 m² and 29 m², ideal for machinery, storage and estate logistics.
— Off-road vehicles: the sale includes two 4x4 vehicles — a Mitsubishi Montero and a Mitsubishi L200 — ready for daily work on the estate.
— Proven profitability: an established, self-owned production with a track record of successful harvests year after year in a high-value crop.
— Prime location: in Vélez-Málaga, at the epicentre of the Axarquía and Europe's tropical fruit industry, just minutes from the Costa del Sol.
— Versatility: a residence ready to be expanded to the buyer's taste, existing outbuildings and machinery included — everything ready to take over from day one.
