Restaurant — Benalmadena

We present this attractive leasehold restaurant opportunity in Arroyo de la Miel, Benalmádena, located in an established area with activity throughout the year.

The restaurant occupies a position within a pedestrian square, surrounded by local residents, an international community and visitors to the Costa del Sol, providing good visibility and regular foot traffic.

Currently operating with a Lebanese and Mediterranean-inspired food concept, the business offers the new owner the opportunity to continue with the existing concept or introduce a completely new gastronomic idea, making use of the existing facilities and equipment.

Interior space and equipment

The restaurant provides approximately 50 m² of internal space, with seating for around 20 customers, together with a generous outdoor terrace.

The layout is practical and functional, incorporating customer areas, a serving bar and an equipped professional kitchen.

The business is being transferred fully furnished and equipped, allowing a new owner to take over the premises with a relatively straightforward transition and without the need for major initial investment.

The kitchen provides the flexibility required to develop different menus and styles of cuisine, depending on the future operator's concept.

Approximately 60 m² terrace

One of the property's key features is its approximately 60 m² terrace, offering seating for around 48 customers.

Situated within the pedestrian square, the terrace provides an attractive outdoor setting for dining, tapas and drinks and represents an important part of the business.
