An exceptional opportunity to acquire a well-established and highly regarded international bar and restaurant, perfectly positioned on the main dining and social street of Alhaurín el Grande. This prime town-centre location benefits from excellent year-round foot traffic and is surrounded by apartments, townhouses, shops, and local amenities.

Established in 2021, the business has built an outstanding reputation for quality food, creative menus, and a welcoming atmosphere, attracting a loyal customer base of local residents, expatriates, and visitors as the town continues to grow in popularity.

This is an ideal lifestyle business for buyers looking to live and work in a thriving Spanish community, offering low overheads, a genuine local clientele, and a fully operational business that is ready for immediate takeover.

The restaurant features a fully licensed professional kitchen and maintains consistent trading performance, supported by available financial records. In addition to its successful daily operation, the business also caters for private events and special occasions, making it a genuine turnkey opportunity.

The bright and stylish interior extends to approximately 130 m² and has been tastefully renovated throughout. Inside, there are 15 tables with seating for up to 70 guests.

The outdoor terrace measures approximately 35 m² and accommodates 10 tables with seating for 45 guests. The terrace is fully covered with a weatherproof awning, allowing year-round use while offering beautiful mountain views.

The fully equipped commercial kitchen includes a professional extraction system, generous preparation space, and a separate storage room. The premises are fully air-conditioned and heated, and the sale includes all fixtures, fittings, equipment, and existing stock.

The business is currently operated by two front-of-house staff members, one part-time kitchen assistant, and the owner-chef. Opening hours are six days per week, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm to midnight, with Tuesdays closed.
